Openr
Openr is menu and pricing management software for multi-site hospitality. One central library for products, recipes, descriptions, images and prices, published automatically to every till, app, website, delivery channel and print template you run.
Most multi-site operators are still re-keying the same data into disconnected systems. Every change is slow, expensive and slightly wrong by the time it lands. Openr makes it a single edit that cascades across hundreds of venues in seconds.
Burger King UK is the clearest example. Openr is now live across their company-owned estate, close to 300 sites, sitting between Oracle Simphony, Fourth RME and multiple customer-facing channels, and giving the team one place to manage products and pricing without disturbing the Oracle infrastructure already in place. Eight weeks from kick-off to supporting their World Cup pricing strategy.
Clair Wentzel, Director of IT at Burger King UK, on the partnership:
The pattern repeats. Azzurri Group moved from six weeks’ notice for a menu change to immediate. Stonegate moved from three price changes a year to over thirty, deploying next day.
Underneath it, the pricing engine handles rules by channel, price band and threshold, models the revenue impact before you commit, and reverts instantly if a strategy doesn’t land. Machine learning finds the balance between volume and margin, product by product, site by site. Priced per site per month.
I invested and joined the board in 2025, because this is the unglamorous plumbing problem that quietly costs operators millions, and almost nobody has solved it properly.
