The backstory
Thirty-five years in hospitality. Twenty-five building the tech.
I spent 15 years behind the bar, on the floor, in the kitchen and on the door. Since 2001 I’ve been building the software that the sector uses day to day for revenue generation and footfall. In 2018 I took over Airship as CEO, brought it back from near-bankruptcy, launched Toggle and exited to Zonal in 2022 before stepping down in September 2026.
