Thirty years in hospitality. Twenty building the tech that runs it.
I’m Dan Brookman. At 22 I turned a derelict Victorian swimming pool into a 600-capacity music venue. Two decades later I took Airship back from the brink of bankruptcy to a SaaS exit, and built Toggle into a gifting platform that now moves £60m+ for hospitality every Christmas. Two exits in, I’m still obsessed with making the sector better.
